I believe the best wedding photographs are felt, not posed - honest moments, beautiful light, and the people you love, exactly as they were.
My style sits between documentary and fine art: mostly hands-off, capturing the day as it happens, with a little gentle guidance for the portraits that matter. The edit is warm, true-to-life and timeless.
The morning
Quiet anticipation, the dress on the door, letters and gifts, the people who know you best. I arrive while everything is still calm - capturing the details you spent months planning.
The ceremony
The walk down the aisle, the vows, the held breath and the happy tears. I work discreetly from the edges with quiet, long-lens coverage so the moment stays entirely yours.
The celebration
Speeches that make you laugh and cry, golden-hour portraits just the two of you, and a dancefloor that doesn’t stop. I stay until the celebration is in full swing.
Coverage, considered.

South Wales is home; I happily travel for weddings further afield.
How the day flows.
A rough rhythm of a typical wedding day - though yours will be shaped entirely around your plans at our consultation.
Preparations
Details, getting ready, and the calm before - with both of you, where possible.
Ceremony
The vows and the moment you become married - covered quietly and fully.
Drinks & portraits
Candid celebration, relaxed group shots, and a short couple session in the best light.
Speeches & dancing
The toasts, the first dance, golden hour, and the party getting started.
Frequently asked.
Most couples book between twelve and eighteen months ahead, and peak summer dates go first. That said, it’s always worth asking - I only take a limited number of weddings each year.
Absolutely. South Wales is home, but I love photographing further afield across Wales, the South West, the rest of the UK and overseas. Travel within an hour is included; anything beyond is added at cost.
It depends on the length of the day, but most full weddings receive between four and seven hundred individually edited images, delivered in a private online gallery.
Your full gallery arrives within four to six weeks. You’ll also receive a small set of preview images within a few days of the wedding.
No - that’s rather the point. I work mostly unnoticed. The only exception is a short, relaxed couple session and any family groups you’d like.
